If my flight gets canceled or delayed, will I be charged for the cancelation or extension fee?

If your flight is canceled, you will not be charged for the cancelation fee.
If your flight is delayed, you will not be charged with an additional fee of up to 2 hours of delay for your pick-up time. However, after 2 hours you will be charged 50 yen per minute (70 yen per minte for trips on 2022/07/01 or later).
