Before Arriving in Japan

- Receive a quotation by email and pay the fare.
After Arriving in Japan
- Head to the meeting place referring to the [Pick-up Guide] sent by email.
- Ride the Limousine.
- If there is a change in the fare, confirm from the link sent by email.

- Are there any drivers that can speak English (or any other foreign language)?
- How many hours after the flight’s estimate arrival time should I make a reservation for my pick-up?
- Can reservations be made on the day of the pickup?
- How does the payment process work?
- If my flight gets canceled or delayed, will I be charged for the cancelation or extension fee?
- If I were to use the Limousine again during my stay, do I make the reservations through the same form on the website?

Things to Keep in Mind:
- If you choose a large vehicle, an additional fee(JPY 500) will be charged.
- Cancellation charge varies depending on the time of cancellation, as follows:
1. Until 2 days prior to the scheduled pickup: Free of charge
2. 1 day prior to the scheduled pickup: 40% of the quoted price
3. On the day of the scheduled pickup: 50% of the quoted price
4. After the scheduled pickup time / No prior notice: 100% of the quoted price

- On the day of your ride, please communicate with the driver directly through phone calls.
- We will not be picking you up inside the airport terminal.
