How to use VIP Limousine
Before Arriving in Japan
- Fill out the form below to reserve your Limousine.
- Receive a quotation by email and pay the fare.
After Arriving in Japan
- After the COVID-19 testing, contact the driver by phone.
- Head to the meeting place referring to the [Pick-up Guide] sent by email.
- Ride the Limousine.
- If there is a change in the fare, confirm from the link sent by email.

- How many hours after the flight’s estimate arrival time should I make a reservation for my pick-up?

Things to Keep in Mind:
This plan is a great solution for cross-border visitors and returnees. Here are some tips and notes to keep in mind when using VIP Limousine:
- Please consider the amount of time required for PCR testing when setting the pick-up time.
(We recommend setting the pick-up time to 90 minutes after your flight arrival time.) - If you choose a large vehicle, an additional fee(JPY 1,000) will be charged.
- Please cooperate in wearing a mask when using VIP Limousine.
- Cancellation charge varies depending on the time of cancellation, as follows:
- Until 12 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time: Free of charge
- After 12 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time: 40% of the quoted price
- After the scheduled pickup time / No prior notice: 100% of the quoted price
- If your arrival flight is cancelled, cancellation fee will be exempted.
- On the day of your ride, please communicate with the driver directly through phone calls.
- We will not be picking you up inside the airport terminal.
